ORBE may collect the information you submit during registration, technical information needed for security, and data required to process your access and membership activation.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and should not be stored directly by ORBE. ORBE may retain transaction references, status information and audit records required to operate the service.

ORBE Genesis Pass Agreement
The ORBE Genesis Pass is the commercial access experience for the ORBE Ecosystem. Internally, it may correspond to a membership or subscription record used to manage access, renewal and benefits.
The initial activation price displayed during checkout applies to the selected plan. Future renewals, benefits, credits, referral rules and promotions may vary according to the version and conditions accepted by the user.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the active plan, the status of the activation, applicable law, and whether benefits or services have already been used.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. ORBE will review each request using the policy version accepted at the time of activation.
